Shipping policy

We aim to ship within 1-3 days of an order being placed.

If your item is a pre-order it will ship within 10-40 working days, please read the description of each item to ensure you are aware whether it is a pre-order or ready to ship.

If your order benefits from free shipping please note that we are not responsible for the customs fees that are incurred on your package.

We aim to ensure that customs fees do not exceed £50 per order.

If your order is lost, we will either refund you fully or ship another of the same item out to you free of charge.
