Shipping policy

Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Pre-orders
Pre-order pieces ship within 10–40 working days. Every product description states whether an item is pre-order or ready to ship, please check before ordering. If your order contains both, we hold and ship it together unless you ask us to split it.

Customs and import fees
We ship from the UK. All duties, taxes and import charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the price of your order and are not covered by us, including on orders that qualify for free shipping.

We declare orders accurately and structure shipments so that customs charges typically fall under £50, and under £100 on higher-value orders. Rates vary by country and are outside our control, so we can't guarantee a final figure.

Refused or unpaid customs charges: parcels returned to us for non-payment will be refunded less shipping and any return costs incurred.

Lost parcels
If your order is lost in transit, we'll either refund you in full or send a replacement of the same item free of charge, your choice.
